Versandkosten für Produkte aus unserem Online-Shop:

Wir versenden ausschließlich per DHL bzw. Deutsche Post innerhalb der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, der Europäischen Union und zahlreichen weiteren Ländern außerhalb der Europäischen Union.

Versandkosten bestehen nicht nur aus den reinen Portokosten. Darin einkalkuliert sind auch die Verpackung und evtl. Transaktionskosten, wie sie zum Beispiel bei Paypal anfallen. Da DHL zur Zeit einen Treibstoff-Zuschlag, sowie einen Zuschlag für hohes Versandvolumen (wir finden das ziemlich unverschämt) bei der Warenpost verlangt, müssen wir dort die Versandkosten für Deutschland vorläufig um € 0,30 und für Auslandssendungen um € 0,25 erhöhen. Wir bitten dafür um Ihr Verständnis. Alle hier angegebenen Preise für Deutschland und alle EU-Länder verstehen sich bereits inklusive deutscher Mehrwertsteuer (z.Z. 19%). Alle angegebenen Preise für nicht-EU-Länder verstehen sich ohne deutsche Mehrwertsteuer.

Shipping costs for products from our online shop:

We ship exclusively via DHL or Deutsche Post within the Federal Republic of Germany, the European Union and numerous other countries outside the European Union.

Shipping costs do not only consist of the pure postage costs. This also includes the packaging and any transaction costs, such as those incurred with PayPal, for example. Since DHL is currently charging a fuel surcharge and a surcharge for high shipping volumes (we find this quite outrageous) at Warenpost, we have to temporarily increase the shipping costs for Germany by € 0.30 and for international shipments by € 0.25. We ask for your understanding. All prices given here for Germany and all EU countries include German VAT (currently 19%). All prices given for non-EU countries do not include German VAT.

Während des Bestellprozesses werden Ihnen die geschätzten Versandkosten angezeigt. Alle Sendungen werden grundsätzlich mit einer Tracking-Nummer versendet. Sollten wir während des Packvorgangs feststellen, dass es günstiger ist, die Sendung auf mehrere Pakete aufzuteilen, machen wir das und informieren Sie per Email darüber. Die eingesparten Versandkosten erstatten wir Ihnen dann selbstverständlich.

Der Inhalt von Paketen ist bis zu einem Warenwert von € 500,-- versichert. Auf Wunsch versichern wir Pakete gemäß der jeweiligen Preisliste von DHL auch höher, sofern der Wert der Sendung höher als € 500,-- ist. Auch der Inhalt einer Warenpost International ist bis € 25,-- versichert.

Die Warenverfügbarkeit wird Ihnen im Online-Shop angezeigt.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir weder an Postfächer noch an Packstationen liefern!

 

Estimated shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process. All shipments are always sent with a tracking number. If we determine during the packing process that it is cheaper to split the shipment into several packages, we will do so and inform you of this by email. We will then, of course, reimburse you for the shipping costs saved.

The contents of packages are insured up to a goods value of € 500.00. On request, we can also insure parcels for a higher amount in accordance with the relevant DHL price list, provided the value of the shipment is higher than € 500.00. The contents of an international goods post are also insured up to € 25.00.

The availability of the goods is displayed in the online shop.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or Packstations!
